ok im trying to remove the evo8 dash. im having some issues. i have removed most of the easy stuff and all the bolts i can see or get to. and it still will not move one bit. can you guys help me out through this and guide me through the steps? i spent ''no lie here'' 2+ hours on another forum searching and for some reason the search function does not even work right.
thanks to anyone who can help me.
p.s. is there an online manual that can be posted or can someone get it posted for me. thanks

I have never done it, but here is what is says in the service manual.
<<D>> CLOCK SPRING REMOVAL
WARNING
The removed clock spring should be stored in a
clean, dry place.
.
<<E>> AIR BAG MODULE REMOVAL (FRONT
PASSENGERíS SIDE)
WARNING
• When the passengerís air bag module is removed,
do not damage the engagement of the pawls.
• The removed passengerís air bag module should
be stored in a clean, dry place with facing the
deployment surface facing up.
Insert the screwdriver (−) into the position specified in the figure
and lift the screwdriver upward to release the pawls engaged,
and then remove the passengerís air bag module.

thanks mac214.
is that a pic with the top dash cover off or is it a pic from looking under the dash looking up through the glove box.

I think it is looking up through the glove box, but I have never done it myself.

Just got done doing this Dan. Hit me up in a PM and we can work it out. You dont have to take the airbag out though to get the dash out.
