It made 73whp/73-75 ft lbs. at 14, I am currently running 16psi and a revised tune and while it doesnt seem to be making anymore power it definitely feels smoother (it does feel it makes more power according the saddle dyno).
I got to thinking about it last year and decided I needed a bigger turbo. I put together a hybrid Nissan T28 with the T28 compressor and the smaller S13 hotside (.48 vs .63) to keep the spool halfway close. The GT15 had the biggest of the small, a .36 A/R. It felt nearly supercharged but refused to make anymore power above 15-16psi last time it was on the dyno. I think right now it definitely feels that its a consistent 73 though.
Here are the pics of todays progress:

Jake's 350X I think. I finally paid TJ for it when I bought the auto so its mine free and clear. We might put sell the kit on my bike now and then build a new one around this new turbo.
Chris, it rips. The torque is its most redeeming feature I think. The hp isnt scary but the torque definitely makes itself known.
Was wondering what happened to this thing.
Glad to see you're still playing with it. I'm still waiting on parts for my YFZ350 (Banshee) motored YFZ450 set and seeing this is making me antsy.
You NEED to bring it to Englishtown. :smoker:

Tested it tonight with the new turbo. First thing we noticed is last years boost numbers were on a autometer that reads 3psi shy of reality. All those numbers above were 3psi lower than what they actually were.
New turbo killed the upgraded clutch just shy of 79whp. Slipped to about at 7600 and then made 78.7 whp on the obvious downslope of the powerband at 17psi. At 14psi it was making 75whp easily (11 by the gauge), so the new turbo as janky as it might be gets it done.
Time for a lock up now, and of course it will have to come with us to Englishtown ;)

I think that the lockup was one of the best things I've ever bought for my Banshees. At around 65-70 h.p. I'm still on the same clutch for two years now and are using lighter springs then I used to.
I'm anxious to see this thing at Englistown!

What brand for the raptor? I have been looking at the Kenz, but I honestly have no clue what I really should get.

The 650 with 50psi base was still only at 75% IDC as well. I have an 850 and a 1100 to go if we ever get a turbo large enough. The dual inline and FMU (while not clean) seems to get the job done.

The Kenz, ModQuad and Direct Drive units are all pretty much the same thing. I have the Mod Quad unit on mine as the Kenz wasn't around back when I bought it.
My brother is running the same thing on his stroker Banshee (insane top end, but very peaky) and is still on his first clutch in 3 years as well.
I like them better then the "Slingshot" type (ball bearing units), even though they're a little cheaper due to not needing a new cover to fit it.
If you go with one of the Kenz/ModQuad/Direct Drive units though, get the solid aluminum center cover as opposed to the plexi ones as the plexi units crack often.
Back when I had my first "built" Banshee (ported 409cc with everything aftermarket with exception of the frame itself) I used to wipe out clutches about 4-5 times a year. This was with the strongest springs I could get and it was ridiculous to pull in the clutch (arm pump was just expected). I would have to say that the lockup was worth every penny I spent on it and one of my favorite additons to the my quads.

Sweet.
Ended up with a Modquad from TFR. We are now a dealer for TFR if anyone is looking for parts for their quads. Its the polished solid aluminum cover on a standard finish clutch/oil cover.
Thanks for the advice, and as soon as I get the gaskets (not included for some reason) I will get it in and back on the dyno at 17+psi.

Dip appears to be a lean spot. Lockup clutch is working better but still not 100% there. We'll take it to the sand and see if it slides or not. This is at 18psi on the new setup, FMU is out of pressure, injector still seems to be happy (650cc). Next plans are to put a real ECU in it and make it work without the FMU. I still have an 850 and 1100 to throw into it so we'll have plenty of fuel.
ITS A 7

I would love to drive that, must be a blast. Got any videos of it on the dyno?

I am not sure but I dont think we got any footage last night that I am aware of. Here is some last year when the bike was on the GT15 at lower boost though for reference. The T28 definitely works better for making power.
